Two men have been arrested following the disappearance of a woman who went missing after dropping her daughter off at school.

Renata Antczak, 49, from Hull, was last seen walking near her home in Beamsley Way at about 13:00 BST on 25 April.

She had taken her daughter to Broadcare Primary School in a black Mercedes C220 car earlier that morning.

The men, aged 45 and 47, are in custody and officers have been searching a number of addresses in the city.

Humberside Police said it would not be releasing any further details about the arrests at the present time due to “operational reasons”.
